If you email our customer service email address we will still receive your message and we will still respond BUT we do receive a large amount of automated emails such as domain registration confirmations, server status notifications etc so there is a VERY HIGH RISK that a simple email to customer service will get lost and will not get replied to. We also have more staff working the helpdesk so it is likely you will get a faster reply by opening a support ticket.
The best way to open a support ticket is to log into your client area at: https://secure.hymmedia.co.uk/ but you can also simply email support@hymmedia.co.uk to open a ticket. The advantage of logging into your client area is you can view all conversation threads within the support area.
In all simplicity there is no difference sending it to the help desk. All responses will be emailed to you and you can respond directly to the email to add your response to the ticket. It is a win win. You get to use email for support and we get to answer your questions quickly because they are in the helpdesk.
