The Helpdesk is our primary means of support. When a support request comes into the helpdesk it will be placed in the 'Open Ticket' queue and a member of staff will resopnd quickly to assist you. When you open a ticket you will receive a confirmation email informing you of the ticket ID and you will also receive email notification as soon as a reply is made to your ticket.
