Your domain files are stored differently if it is your main domain or a sub domain.
Main domain
Your main-domain files are stored in public_html
Sub domain
Your sub-domain files are stored in homes/<domain>
Important
Your folder hierarchy contains the followin entries:
- awstats
- cgi-bin
- etc
- fcgi-bin
- homes
- logs
- public_html
- tmp
Please do not remove any of these folders or your domains will be disturbed
