You may find from time to time you get persistent emails from Spammers the below infomation will help you filter them out.


1. Find the email in question

2. Right Click on the email

3. Click Actions --> Mark --> Spam


The email will then go into your Junk Email box and the system will start learning for every email you mark as spam. If you find you are getting huge amounts of spam please contact the support desk so we can analyse the emails and take appropriate action.
